Monkeying into the New Year

A year ending is a good time for new beginnings. For almost twenty years design has been my calling, and for the last six years Studio RAGU has been the home for my visual art practice in publishing, promotional art, and branding.
During my recent maternity leave(s), I have found myself observing the world more, with a new heart, with renewed creative energy. I have felt the desire to show my own art, and find a space to share what I have been up to in the studio. That’s what this newsletter is for, and I’ll be sending it out every month to subscribers.
Here’s to wishing you a fulfilled and joyful 2026, the year of monkeying around. Swing away, hold on tight to your branches, steal a fruit, and don’t worry too much about where you land. That’s the theme of next year’s calendar, twelve months with twelve monkeys (or more).
Langurs are mischievous and gentle beasts. Their calendar is in a book format which can open up to be hung on the wall.
The calendar is sized at 21x21cm when closed, printed on Olin paper, hand-bound with red silk thread, and is available in multiple languages.
